How it works

Talent search

We receive your job description and get to work. We search our database to find the best candidates for the job. We compile a shortlist of candidates that we send for your review.

Interviews & job offer

If you are interested in interviewing any of the candidates, our team will coordinate a time for you and the candidate to conduct a remote interview. If you decide to extend a job offer to a candidate, let us know!

Visas

Once the candidate accepts the offer, our legal team will liaise with you and the candidate to submit the immigration application. Visa processing should take about 6 months.

Relocation

When the visa is approved, we will coordinate a start date with your team and your new employee, book flights, coordinate airport pick-up with you, and book transitional housing.

Arrival & settlement

You will pick up your new employee and their family from the airport. We will regularly check in with you and your new employee during the first 3 months to ensure everything is going smoothly.
